Job Description
Wandering Wheels is an industry-leading mountain bike guiding and coaching company based in Revelstoke, BC. We offer guided trips and tours, shuttle services, lessons, kids camps, and skills clinics.
Duties:
- Plan, prepare and lead multi-day kids camps, supervising and coaching young riders.
- Lead and instruct mountain bike lessons and guided tours.
- Oversee and support a team of guides.
- Transport clients to/from trailheads and shuttle drops.
- Maintain rental fleet bikes and perform routine repairs.
- Assist with shop operations including customer service and rentals.
- Communicate with clients and assist with scheduling.
Required Qualifications:
- PMBIA Level 2 certification.
- 80-hour Wilderness First Responder certification.
- Minimum 3 seasons guiding/instructing experience.
- High riding skill level and fitness.
- Experience working with children.
- Mountain bike mechanical repair experience.
- Ability to work long days outdoors.
- BC Class 4 licence (or ability to obtain).
Assets:
- Experience with backcountry/helicopter-assisted trips.
- Experience with Rezdy booking software.
- Other outdoor guiding experience.
- Familiarity with Revelstoke trails.
Additional Requirements:
Criminal record check and BC Driver's Abstract before employment.
Job Types: Full-time, Seasonal
Contract length: 5 months
Pay: $29.00-$30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week

PMBIA Certification (required)
