net-new role
created to bring ownership, structure, and execution discipline to lead generation and CRM operations.
This role is not advisory. It is not "strategy only."It is for someone who
builds pipelines, books meetings, and keeps systems clean

A CRM that reflects reality: accurate stages, notes, and follow-ups
Live outbound campaigns running across email and LinkedIn with documented performance metrics
Core responsibilities:
Lead research & list building
Build and maintain targeted lead lists aligned to ICP definitions
Identify verified decision-makers by role, industry, and company size
Segment leads by account type, engagement level, and outreach readiness
Maintain lead accuracy standards suitable for outbound at scale
Outbound execution
Execute outbound email and LinkedIn campaigns using Smartlead and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Personalize outreach beyond tokens (role, context, relevance)
Manage sequencing, timing, and follow-ups across channels
Own the full outbound loop from first touch to booked meeting
Follow-up & qualification
Run structured follow-up systems for non-responsive and warm leads
Track replies, intent signals, and qualification status
Escalate qualified opportunities to the founder with clear context and next steps
CRM ownership (non-negotiable)
Own day-to-day CRM operations across
Pipedrive and HubSpot
Log 100% of outreach, replies, follow-ups, and stage movements
Maintain clean lifecycle stages, tags, notes, and audit-ready data
Treat CRM accuracy as a production system, not an afterthought
Automation & systems
Build and maintain
advanced Zapier automations
Connect CRM, Smartlead, Apollo, Customer.io, and internal workflows
Reduce manual work through documented, repeatable processes
Improve speed and consistency without breaking data integrity
Reporting & insights
Produce weekly performance summaries:
Leads added
Outreach volume
Reply rates
Meetings booked
Flag what is working, what is not, and what should change next
Required experience (practical, not theoretical)
Hands-on ownership of outbound lead generation and CRM operations

Experience operating in a
small team (?10 people)
or early-stage startup
Strong written communication with a clear, professional tone
Comfort working independently with minimal process and clear expectations
