Lead Generation Contractors

who love talking to people and can spark interest fast. If you're great on the phone, enjoy prospecting, and want a role where your results directly translate into earnings, this is for you.

Your mission is simple:

Find interested businesses ? Book a meeting ? Earn commission when Quantum closes the deal.

We already have strong closers, estimators, and account managers. You're the spark that starts the chain.

What You'll Do

Cold call and prospect local businesses (car dealerships, commercial plazas, retail, property managers). Identify interest in our property services (window cleaning, pressure washing, maintenance). Gather quick qualifying info. Book a meeting, walkthrough, or call with a Quantum manager. Track the lead so you get paid after we close the job.
Once the appointment is set,

your work is done

Compensation

Contractors earn

10% of every deal that closes from appointments they generate

. Typical earnings convert to

$400-$2,000+ per week

, depending on volume and deal size. Uncapped earning potential -- the top appointment setters regularly send 10-20 qualified leads per week.
