Founded in 2002, we made our mark on the shooter genre with titles such as Painkiller, Bulletstorm, Gears of War: Judgment, and Outriders. We are one of the most experienced Unreal Engine studios in the industry and we are expanding it with in-house solutions called PCF Framework.

Our creative teams are currently working on several exciting titles: Gemini is our new project being developed with Square Enix; Maverick is a Triple-A game developed in collaboration with Microsoft Corporation; Bifrost, Victoria and Dagger are projects we\'re growing in the self-publishing model. We also have one project in the concept phase - Red; as well as two projects in VR technology - Green Hell VR and Bulletstorm VR - an exciting VR version of our cult-classic shooter.

  • Fournir des conseils, des directives et les meilleurs principes d\'ing\xc3\xa9nierie pour assurer des r\xc3\xa9sultats de qualit\xc3\xa9 et des pratiques de travail efficaces.
  • Effectuer r\xc3\xa9guli\xc3\xa8rement des examens des codes et conduire l\'\xc3\xa9quipe de programmation vers l\'excellence.
  • Mentorer, g\xc3\xa9rer et diriger le service de programmation en jouabilit\xc3\xa9.
  • Fournir une r\xc3\xa9troaction au quotidien et r\xc3\xa9soudre les probl\xc3\xa8mes de mani\xc3\xa8re cr\xc3\xa9ative.
  • Travailler avec l\'\xc3\xa9quipe de production pour planifier le d\xc3\xa9veloppement et attribuer les t\xc3\xa2ches \xc3\xa0 l\'\xc3\xa9quipe de programmeurs selon le calendrier \xc3\xa9tabli.
  • Conceptualiser les \xc3\xa9l\xc3\xa9ments jouables et superviser l\'ex\xc3\xa9cution et la mise en \xc5\x93uvre de ces \xc3\xa9l\xc3\xa9ments dans le jeu.
  • \xc3\x89tablir et documenter les meilleures pratiques en mati\xc3\xa8re de scriptage et de mise en \xc5\x93uvre de fonctionnalit\xc3\xa9s.
  • D\xc3\xa9velopper et maintenir l\'architecture de syst\xc3\xa8me n\xc3\xa9cessaire pour permettre aux autres programmeurs de mettre en \xc5\x93uvre des fonctionnalit\xc3\xa9s dans le jeu.
  • Tester, corriger les bogues, profiler et optimiser la mise en \xc5\x93uvre des \xc3\xa9l\xc3\xa9ments.
  • Superviser la cr\xc3\xa9ation de documentation par les membres de l\'\xc3\xa9quipe.
  • Effectuer r\xc3\xa9guli\xc3\xa8rement l\'\xc3\xa9valuation du rendement des employ\xc3\xa9s.
  • Mener des initiatives de recrutement en collaboration avec les ressources humaines.

  • To manage talents of Gameplay Programmers team to achieve best possible result for the project and personal growth of team members
  • To set the vision and goals of the entire gameplay features.
  • To enhance and maintain the Gameplay part of PCF Framework (built on Unreal Engine 4)
  • Provide mentorship, direction and best in class engineering principles to ensure quality results and efficient working practices
  • Conduct regular code reviews and manage the coding team to excellence
  • Mentoring, managing and leading the Gameplay programming department
  • Provide day-to-day feedback and creatively solve problems
  • Work with production team to plan development and provide tasks assignment to programmers team schedule
  • Setting the vision and goals of the entire gameplay features.
  • Conceptualize playable elements and oversee the execution and implementation of those elements into game
  • Establish and document best practices for scripting and feature implementations
  • Develop and maintain the systems architecture necessary for other developers to implement features in the game
  • Test, debug, profile and optimize implementations
  • Supervision of documentation created by the team members
  • Conduct consistent performance reviews of staff members
  • Conduct recruitment projects with HR collaboration
  • Conduct onboarding to new hires
Qualifications
  • At least 7+ years of experience in the production of games for consoles and PC
  • At least one shipped AAA project from start to finish as Lead Gameplay Programmer
  • Excellent knowledge of Unreal Engine 4
  • Excellent skills in C/C++
  • Strong math skills
  • Strong familiarity with AI, physics, animation and gameplay code in general
  • Ability to diagnose problems and make quick and accurate decisions
  • Ability to write efficient and maintainable code
  • Experience with profiling and optimizations
  • Experience working on consoles such as PS4 and Xbox One
  • Experience with commonly used development tools such as Jira and Perforce
  • Ability to work well in a fluid, changing environment as creative challenges evolve
  • A keen sense of what makes gameplay systems fun
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Excellent communication and team attitude working with game developers from all disciplines
  • High work ethic and self-motivated
