Job Description

Join our creative team and lead the technical development of our co-op action-survival game. This is a unique opportunity to work on local multiplayer technology and build scalable networking systems for Steam and console platforms.

Key Responsibilities:



Lead development and implementation of multiplayer networking systems Build and optimize cross-platform architecture for Steam, Xbox, and PlayStation Collaborate with our experienced Technical Director on core gameplay integration Mentor junior developers and establish code quality standards Perform debugging, testing, and optimization for low-end hardware Plan technical sprints and ensure delivery against demo and release milestones

Qualifications:



5+ years of Unity game development experience with shipped titles Proven experience with multiplayer networking (Unity Netcode, Mirror, WebRTC) Cross-platform deployment experience (Steam, consoles, mobile) Ability to work effectively in a remote, team-oriented environment Passion for action-survival games and multiplayer experiences

Bonus Skills:



Unity ECS/DOTS performance optimization Background in party games, co-op experiences, or asymmetric multiplayer

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
