Sous la supervision du directeur pre-construction, vous prendrez en charge un ou des estimes au complet tout en maitrisant l'ensemble du processus de soumission. La comprehension des enjeux et des risques associes est primordiale.


What You Will Do





You will conduct a general analysis of the plans and specifications to gain an overall vision of the project. You will prepare the project's overhead costs. You will develop a preliminary work schedule, incorporating the necessary site resources. You will compile a list of specialties, materials, subcontractors, and suppliers that could contribute to the success of your estimate. You will assemble the study in the estimation software, integrating subcontracted tasks, in-house tasks, work teams, work rates and ratios, quantities to be completed, etc. You will analyze the project in detail to anticipate construction methods involving indirect costs. You will assist the Pre-Construction Manager in selecting prices for subcontractors and suppliers. You will participate in bid closure as well as transfer and site follow-up meetings

This role could be for you if you have





Hold a bachelor's degree or a diploma in civil engineering, or have equivalent experience; Have at least 8 years of relevant experience in estimating and/or project execution; Have good knowledge in some or all of these fields of expertise: formwork, concreting, earthworks, drainage, foundations; Knowledge of the Autodesk suite and Bid2Win is considered an asset; Have an advanced level of English; Be versatile, analytical, and eager to be involved long-term in an estimation team focused on achieving results; Have a good knowledge of the Eastern Canada market; Have a deep passion for diverse and stimulating civil projects
