Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Lead Project Manager to oversee and drive the successful completion of construction projects, primarily focusing on Window, Door, and siding installation. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in construction management, project management, and cost control, with a proven ability to manage teams effectively. This role requires a blend of technical expertise and leadership skills to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage multiple construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets. Conduct thorough construction estimating to prepare accurate project budgets and pricing. Oversee cost control measures throughout the project lifecycle to maximize profitability. Collaborate with stakeholders including clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to negotiate contracts and resolve any issues that arise. Provide guidance and support to project teams on-site, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. Monitor project progress, conducting regular site visits to assess performance against project goals. Prepare detailed reports on project status for upper management and stakeholders.

Qualifications

Proven experience in construction management or a related field with a strong understanding of construction processes. Strong negotiation skills with experience in contract management. Solid background in construction estimating, pricing, cost control, and budgeting practices. Demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively while fostering a collaborative work environment. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders. Relevant certifications in project management or construction management are a plus. Previous construction site experience is highly desirable.
