We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Lead Supervisor to oversee daily operations and ensure the highest standards of performance within our team. Duties

Supervise and coordinate daily activities of team members to ensure efficient workflow and productivity. ensure compliance with licensing and AHS regulations. Monitor performance metrics and implement strategies for improvement as needed. Conduct regular team meetings to communicate expectations, provide updates, and address any concerns. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards. Collaborate with management to develop operational plans and improve processes. Handle conflict resolution and provide feedback to team members on performance issues.

Qualifications

At least 2 years of relevant experience in the childcare industry. Level 3 certification. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple tasks. Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. A problem-solving mindset with the ability to make decisions under pressure.

Pay: From $19.30 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 30 per week
