Job Description
Our well established and growing South Side dental clinic is looking for an experienced Lead Dental Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will Lead and support our front-end team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. We are a privately owned and family-oriented general dental practice looking for a hard working, energetic, and compassionate individual with excellent leadership skills. Previous dental background is necessary for this role.
Duties
Oversee and support the front-end administrative team Manage scheduling Monitor patient communications (phone, email, text) and ensure a positive experience Coordinate billing, insurance coordination, and financial arrangements Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure smooth operations Assist management with implementing systems, policies, and process improvements
Experience
Previous experience as a Lead Dental administrator is a
Requirement
Familiarity with dental terminology and procedures is beneficial Strong administrative skills with experience in front desk operations Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer serviceOur practice hours are Monday to Friday with a some evening hours and no weekends. Benefits are provided to staff based on length of employment. Wage compensation will be based on strength and experience of applicant.
