Newbury Dental is looking for a motivated and personable
Front-End Lead Dental Administrator
to join our growing team! The ideal candidate will Lead and support our front desk team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations This role requires proficiency in handling multi-line phone systems, scheduling appointments, and maintaining electronic medical records. A background in a dental office is required for this position.
Duties
Oversee and support the front-end administrative team
Train, mentor, and delegate tasks to administrators
Manage scheduling, patient flow, and daily clinic operations
Monitor patient communications (phone, email, text) and ensure a consistent, positive experience
Handle billing, insurance coordination, and financial arrangements
Collaborate with the clinical team to keep the office running efficiently
Assist management with implementing systems, policies, and process improvements
Experience
Previous experience as a Lead Dental administrator is a
Requirement
Familiarity with dental terminology and procedures is beneficial
Proficiency in using Curve is not required but beneficial
Strong administrative skills with experience in front desk operations
Ability to handle multi-line phone systems efficiently
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service
