Job Description

We are looking for a Lead Data Analyst to join our team at Clarivate on a fixed term basis. In this role, you will own and oversee advanced analytics projects, ensuring effective execution and delivery. You will also be responsible for utilizing extensive experience and expertise in data modeling, BI reporting, and cross-functional collaboration to influence data-driven decisions.

About You - experience, education, skills, and accomplishments

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent relevant work experience 7+ Years of experience working as a Data Analyst

What will you be doing in this role?

Strategize and lead the design, development, and implementation of complex data analytics projects across multiple departments. Serve as the subject matter expert in data visualization and advanced analytics tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Python, and SQL, influencing key decisions. Define and translate business problems into analytical frameworks, creating solutions that guide effective decision-making. Work closely with management to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and create reporting systems that track business progress. Conduct automation of key analytics processes to improve the scalability and reliability of reporting functions. Oversee and audit data quality initiatives to ensure all analytical outputs are accurate, reliable, and aligned with business goals. Provide mentorship to junior data analysts, fostering their growth and expertise in advanced analytics.

Hours of Work

This is a fixed term, temporary position This is a hybrid role working 2-3 days a week in our Toronto, Canada office
