Canadian Countertops (Manitoba) Inc. is growing, and we're looking for an experienced

Lead Installer

to join our team. This role is a key part of fulfilling the promises we make to our customers--exceptional quality, professionalism, and a seamless installation experience.

What You'll Do

Install quartz, natural stone, and sintered stone countertops with precision and professionalism Transport materials, tools, and equipment to and from job sites Perform clean removals of existing countertops Complete on-site fabrication, polishing, miter work, and adjustments Support shop tasks including fabrication, finishing, and material handling Maintain organized, safe, and professional job sites Care for company vehicles and equipment Review drawings, plans, and specifications prior to installation Communicate with project managers, sales staff, and customers regarding site conditions and progress Perform final quality checks on all installations Train and mentor junior installers and assistants Maintain accurate jobsite records and daily updates in company systems

Leadership Responsibilities

Act as the primary on-site representative for the company Ensure all safety procedures and company policies are followed Solve on-site challenges efficiently and professionally Coordinate schedules and workflow with logistics and management Track and manage tools, supplies, and equipment maintenance

What We're Looking For

Strong experience in countertop installation (quartz, natural stone, engineered stone, etc.) Valid driver's licence Ability to lift heavy materials and work in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills High attention to detail and pride in workmanship Professionalism with customers, team members, and subcontractors
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $28.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
