We are looking for a lead cook and keyholder to open and run the kitchen for breakfast, lunch and dinner service (schedule to be discussed based on experience and where we feel you\'d best excell). We are a fast paced restaurant and experience is a must. Early mornings be a requirement. : -Working the grill and leading 1-2 other cooks on the line during -Open communication with team members in other areas of the restaurant -Preparing meals to order in a fast-paced kitchen -Operating large kitchen equipment (ie fryer, broaster, grill) -Ensuring all food storage areas are properly stocked before, during and after service -Maintaining a clean and sanitized workspace at all times -Performing additional cleaning and organizing tasks such as opening and closing the kitchen -Heavy lifting required throughout shift Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Benefits:
