We have become noted as a dining destination in Halifax, serving in-season menus and cooking from scratch in a busy high volume kitchen
Ideal person must have a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Line Cook, with an emphasis on being able to work all stations in the kitchen.
We are looking for hard working, mature and dedicated cooks to join our BOH team.
Duties include but not limited to
Maintaining a full knowledge of the menu and its standards of execution
Ensure all mise en place is fresh and prepared for the station
Prepare and cook foods of all types using various methods to the highest standard
