As a Lead Cleaning / Contents Technician, you'll bring leadership, skill, and care to every project. From protecting and restoring belongings to leading your team on the job site, you'll play a key role in helping people through some of their most challenging times.

What You'll Do:

Lead a team to complete cleaning and restoration work orders safely and efficiently. Pack, clean, sanitize, and deodorize contents damaged by water, smoke, or fire. Clean residential and commercial spaces, including post-construction and office environments. Accurately record, track, and warehouse client contents. Support remediation and restoration projects as needed. Participate in an on-call rotation to respond to urgent client needs.

What We're Looking For:

3+ years of experience in the restoration industry, including team leadership. Residential, commercial, and post-construction cleaning experience. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage clients' belongings. Ability to wear full PPE when required. Current IICRC FSRT and/or CPT certification. Valid driver's license with a clean record. Successful completion of a criminal background check.

Assets That Will Set You Apart:

Additional IICRC certifications such as OCT, WRT, CCT, or UFT. Familiarity with contents tracking software (Encircle, Assured Packout). Experience cleaning and maintaining restoration equipment. Remediation or rebuild experience. First Aid certification.
