Position Overview
As the Lead Concierge Associate at Coldwell Banker Electric Realty, you will play a critical, agent facing role within the brokerage. You are often the first point of contact for agents, clients, and visitors, setting the tone for a professional, welcoming, and well run office environment.
This position is fundamentally agent-centric. Your primary focus is providing a high level of concierge support to our agents so they can stay focused on production, client service, and growth. In addition, you are responsible for ensuring that all shared brokerage spaces are clean, organized, and consistently presentable, reflecting the high standards of our brand.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and welcome all agents, clients, and visitors in a warm, professional, and approachable manner
Serve as a daily support resource for agents by assisting with administrative tasks, questions, and general office needs
Manage the front desk and ensure reception and common areas are tidy, clean, and presentable at all times
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of shared spaces including reception, boardrooms, kitchen, and agent work areas throughout the day
Answer incoming calls and direct inquiries accurately and efficiently
Assist with data entry, broker loading, filing, document preparation, and organization
Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and internal bookings for agents
Act as a knowledgeable point of contact for brokerage services, listings, systems, and processes
Monitor office supplies and liaise with management regarding restocking and basic operational needs
Collaborate closely with leadership and support staff to ensure a seamless, professional agent and client experience
Contribute to an efficient, polished, and welcoming office environment that supports productivity and brand standards
Qualifications
Previous experience in a receptionist, concierge, or office support role, real estate experience is considered an asset
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a service-oriented mindset
Professional appearance and a calm, welcoming presence
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Experience with BrokerBay, MoxiWorks, and Lone Wolf is an asset
Familiarity with real estate terminology and workflows is an advantage
A strong sense of ownership, accountability, and attention to detail
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team
