We treat all kinds of injuries including. Minor aches and pains to traumatic injuries, work-related injuries, motor vehicle accidents, post-operative problems, and sports-related rehabilitation for patients of all ages.
Job Responsibilities
Schedule and confirm appointments while managing the calendar for healthcare providers Greeting, scheduling/booking and screening patients in-person or via telephone/email Answering phones & email correspondence Operating computer specific software (JANE) Scheduling appointments & managing schedules Opening and closing the office Handling day to day office procedures and systems Social media & Office marketing/advertising (IG, FB, Tik Tok, Google, In Office, etc.)
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: $19.00-$22.00 per year
