Summary:

Be the go?to climber for Timberline Arborists. Run technical pruning/removals, and get paid more as the company wins. 23?year, safety?first, close?knit team with a Lethbridge home base.

What You'll Do:

Lead climbs for pruning and removals; plan and execute rigging/felling Maintain the safety standard; mentor juniors and level up the crew Deliver clean, precise pruning to spec Protect property and client experience

Must-Haves:

ISA Certified Arborist preferred (strong technical track record considered) 3+ years pro climbing (SRT/DRT, spurs, rigging) Valid Class 5 Zero?compromise on safety, quality, and client care
