Here is what you will be doing
As the Lead, Change Management and Adoption, you will drive the strategic development and execution of initiatives that support the adoption of Ontario Health's digital and virtual services. You will also provide senior-level leadership on projects related to Data for Connected Health (DCH), contributing to strategic planning and high-impact deliverables.
You will serve as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert to leadership within Digital Excellence in Health (DxH) and across Ontario Health, collaborating with internal teams, external partners, and clinical and administrative stakeholders to advance business priorities.
Here is what you will need to be successful
Key ResponsibilitiesChange Management Leadership: Design and implement change management strategies to support the adoption of digital and virtual health services across the province. Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including senior leaders, provincial partners, and clients. Strategic Communications & Enablement: Develop and deliver toolkits, training materials, and communications that support readiness and adoption. Project Execution: Lead planning and delivery of operational and strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Process Optimization: Document current-state workflows and support the design and rollout of future-state processes. Client-Centered Analysis: Conduct business and client requirements analysis to inform change management and engagement strategies. Subject Matter Expertise: Provide coaching and mentorship on product readiness tools and service offerings across customer communities. Problem Solving & Escalation: Identify care delivery challenges and collaborate with peers to develop and escalate solutions. Continuous Improvement: Champion innovation to enhance deployment, operational efficiency, and client experience. Leadership & Mentorship: Support junior team members through coaching, training, and knowledge sharing.

Education & ExperienceBachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Health Studies, Public Administration, or related field. Certification or experience in adult education or training delivery. 5-7 years of experience in healthcare project/program management. Experience in clinical/health informatics and data management. Proven ability to engage stakeholders and lead business discussions. Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Project, and Project Server. Experience in the broader healthcare and/or healthcare IT sector.

Knowledge & SkillsDeep understanding of change management principles and digital health adoption. Knowledge of Ontario's healthcare landscape, including home and community care. Familiarity with privacy legislation, especially PHIPA (2004). Working knowledge of DxH service offerings and toolkits. Cultural sensitivity and awareness of underserved populations. Experience with quality improvement and data analysis is an asset.
