Lead Carpenter

Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Lead Carpenter to join our team. As a Lead Carpenter, you will be responsible for overseeing and executing various carpentry projects, ensuring high-quality workmanship and timely completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in carpentry, possess excellent leadership skills, and be proficient in using a variety of power tools.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of carpenters in executing construction projects
- Read and interpret blueprints to determine project specifications
- Utilize power tools to cut, shape, and assemble materials
- Perform tasks such as flooring installation, siding, framing, interior and exterior finishing
- Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations
- Collaborate with contractors, subcontractors, and other team members to achieve project goals
- Maintain tools and equipment in good condition

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Carpenter with expertise in using power tools

- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and quality craftsmanship
