Job Title: Lead Carpenter Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Lead Carpenter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and executing various carpentry projects, ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to project timelines. The Lead Carpenter will work closely with project managers, subcontractors, and clients to deliver exceptional results. Duties:
- Proform daily tasks and checklist as needed and in a timely fashion for project completion
- Fabricate and install structures made of wood, plywood, and wallboard
- Restore and repair damaged structures with attention to detail
- Serve as a leader to your carpenters helper.
- Proficiently use Hand tools and Power tools to complete carpentry tasks
- Apply caulking and other sealants to protect structures from elements. Experience:
- 3+ years of proven experience in carpentry and construction projects
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools.
- Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship
- Knowledge of construction techniques
- Experience in trim installation, framing, deck building, siding installation and prep and roof installation and repair are all a plus.
