Job Overview

As a Lead Carpenter, you will be responsible for overseeing and executing various carpentry projects, ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to project timelines.

Duties

- Framing Houses, Decks, Building Structures

- Assemble and install structures such as windows, cabinets, and doors

- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics

- Perform heavy lifting and manual labor as required

- Conduct construction painting tasks

- Ensure precise measurements and accurate installations

- Supervise and coordinate the work of carpenters and other team members

- Maintain tools and equipment in good condition

Qualifications

- Proven experience as a carpenter or lead carpenter

- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools

- Ability to read and interpret blueprints accurately

- Strong knowledge of cabinet installation techniques

- Skilled in plumbing, construction painting, and blueprint reading

- Capable of heavy lifting and physical labor

- Excellent organizational and leadership skills

- Experience as a maintenance person is a plus
