Lead Carpenter/Truss Builder

to join our team in Fall River, NS. If you're a skilled carpenter or laborer who thrives in a fast-paced, team-driven environment, this is your chance to be part of something built to last.

What You'll Be Doing

Lead & Build

- Take charge in assembling roof trusses, sheds, and small wood structures with precision and efficiency.

Work from Blueprints

- Read and execute design specs with accuracy.

Use the Right Tools

- Operate power tools and measuring equipment safely and effectively.

Stay Production-Focused

- Keep quality high while meeting deadlines and hitting goals.

Collaborate & Problem-Solve

- Work with a team to ensure smooth operations while staying flexible to tackle different tasks.

What Makes You the Right Fit?

Skilled & Experienced

- Background in carpentry or woodworking? Perfect. If not, a strong mechanical mindset works too.

Hands-On Leader

- Ttake pride in your work and lead by example.

Detail-Oriented & Organized

- You know precision matters and always measure twice.

Physically Fit

- Can lift 50 lbs and comfortable working in different temperatures.
