We are looking for a Lead to own recruiting responsibilities aligned with a service line through search/market strategy, creative candidate sourcing, candidate generation and development, client management, data analysis and offer negotiations.

Location for this position is Burnaby, BC. This position may require travel and/ or relocation

Qualifications:
Basic:

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 6 years of work experience with Bachelor’s degree and 3 years of work experience with MBA from accredited University.

Preferred:

• Ability to support multiple internal and external stakeholders
• Experience in developing and planning sourcing and staffing plan
• Data analysis and interpretation of market trends
• Good understanding of local laws, EEO and hiring process compliance
• Experience working in a global environment

Other Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Represent company brand and execute branding strategy with external stake holders and candidates
• Reporting and Data analysis
• Identify Talent Acquisition trends and strategize hiring the right talent
• Ensure adherence to recruitment standard, compliance process within the team
• Support sourcing and pipeline plan to meet the hiring target
• Vendor management and stake-holder management
• Adherence to set standards to be process complaint, statutory and regulatory compliant

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email, or face to face.
