The Oxley is an English gastropub located in the heart of Yorkville with 3 beautiful summer patios and 2 cozy bars, open for lunch, dinner & brunch. We are currently seeking a Lead Bartender to take over our bar program. The ideal candidate must have a passion for hospitality and the ability to identify any opportunity to enhance the guest\xe2\x80\x99s experience. The candidate should be well seasoned, and hold a high level of knowledge, creativity and passion for their craft. Other responsibilities include inspiring and motivating the bar, offer feedback/guidance when necessary, keep bar clean and organized and manage weekly ordering & monthly inventory. The Lead Bartender reports directly to the AGM & GM. DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• ADdegree/ Diploma in Hospitality or equivalent considered an asset
• At least 2 years serving experience in a similar environment
• Smart Serve Certification a requirement
• High attention to detail
• Ability to remain calm under pressure while working in a fast-paced environment
• Organizational skills
• Ability to multitask
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• High level of product knowledge
• Ability to maintain a level of professional urgency and momentum

• serving: 3 years (preferred)
