We're Hiring: Lead Arborist

Based out of Kinburn, ON |
$30-$40/hr
(depending on experience, safety & efficiency)Capital Timber Company is looking for an experienced and motivated Lead Arborist
to join our growing team. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can take charge of a job site, lead a small crew, and perform high-quality arboricultural work safely and efficiently.What We're Looking For:
Experienced Climber
proficient in proper pruning techniques, hazard removals, and rigging Confident installingdynamic cabling systems
for structural tree support Strong leadership: able to direct a crew of1 ground worker + 1 ground/apprentice climber
Skilled in maintaining your ownfleet of
chainsaws and daily truck and chipper maintenance.
Efficient, self-motivated, and reliable on residential and commercial job sites Safety-focused with a proven track record of risk-aware decision-makingRequirements:
DZ license
ValidFirst Aid/CPR
certificationWorking at Heights
certification Minimum of 3 years climbing experience Experience operating a chipper and managing rigging systems Crane experiencePay:
$30-$40/hour
