Le conseiller de Pieces servira de point de contact pour les clients du centre de service Lucid. Le conseiller en pieces sera responsable de la communication et de l'interaction avec les clients pour offrir le plus haut niveau d'experience client Lucid tout en veillant a ce que les besoins des clients soient satisfaits. Ce poste exige que vous travailliez avec les clients pour determiner les reparations et les services necessaires, que vous redigiez des bons de reparation clairs afin que les techniciens puissent entretenir et reparer correctement les vehicules Lucid des la premiere fois et que vous relivriez les vehicules des clients une fois les services termines. Les candidats devront faire preuve d'excellence dans leurs domaines respectifs, posseder la capacite d'apprendre rapidement et de viser la perfection dans un environnement au rythme rapide. Accueillir les clients rapidement et offrir une excellente experience client a toutes les etapes du processus de service. Assurez-vous que les clients comprennent parfaitement le processus de service et sont a l'aise a toutes les etapes de leur experience. Executer correctement les processus de visite et de redaction, en determinant avec precision les preoccupations principales au moyen d'entrevues verbales et d'evaluations visuelles (evaluer avec precision les besoins des clients). Documenter avec precision les preoccupations des clients concernant le diagnostic et la reparation a etre effectuer par les techniciens (ecrire Bon de reparation) Suivez les procedures correctes de documentation des ordres de reparation, c'est-a-dire les trois C Expliquer toutes les options de service aux clients, y compris les estimations de temps et de couts. Suivez tous les vehicules des clients tout au long du processus d'entretien et de reparation. Assurez-vous que le travail effectue repond aux normes rigoureuses de Lucid avant que le vehicule ne soit retourne au client - agir comme derniere etape du controle qualite. Facturer et percevoir le paiement. Effectuer des taches de service a la clientele telles que repondre au telephone, prendre des rendez-vous (au besoin) et appeler les clients pour les informer de l'etat des reparations ou pour faire un suivi apres les reparations. Developpez des relations avec les clients menant a des relations durables. Avoir une passion pour le transport durable et changer l'industrie automobile. A l'occasion, lavez, passez l'aspirateur et nettoyez les vitres des vehicules de service avant qu'ils ne soient rendus au client. A l'occasion, detaillez minutieusement tous les vehicules avant qu'ils ne soient livres au client au besoin. Fournir des services de voiturier pour les clients en livrant et en ramassant les vehicules aux clients.

Qualifications requises






5+ ans offrant une excellente experience client. Excellentes competences relationnelles Comportement compatissant et patient Competences en resolution de problemes et en pensee creative. Connaissances generales en automobile et experience en gestion des pieces requises. Capacite d'expliquer des concepts complexes a des clients qui ne connaissent peut-etre pas la terminologie de l'industrie. Capacite d'utiliser des applications informatiques de base telles que Microsoft Office ainsi que d'apprendre un logiciel DMS proprietaire. Doit posseder un permis de conduire valide sans suspension au cours de la derniere annee.

Experience au departement de pieces automobiles ou experience de travail equivalente Connaissance des systemes HT, des systemes BT et des groupes motopropulseurs des VE Experience de demarrage et environnements en evolution rapide connexes Experience du service des pieces en gestion des stocks Experience et formation anterieures en matiere de VE specifiques aux OEM

The Service Parts Advisor will serve as a point of contact for Lucid Service Center clients. The Parts Advisor will be responsible for communicating and interacting with clients to deliver the highest level of Lucid customer experience while assuring client needs are met. Be responsible for daily Parts department operations, inventory, ordering and supporting Technician needs, customer over the counter orders, supporting our collision center inquiries.


This position requires you to work with clients to determine which repairs/services are necessary, write clear repair orders so technicians can accurately maintain/repair Lucid vehicles right the first time, and redeliver client vehicles after services are completed. The Candidates will be expected to demonstrate excellence in their respective fields, to possess the ability to learn quickly and to strive for perfection within a fast-paced environment. Greet clients promptly and offer excellent customer experience at all steps of the service process. Ensure clients thoroughly understand the service process and are comfortable at all steps of their experience. Properly perform the walk-around and write-up processes, accurately ascertaining primary concern through verbal interview and visual assessment (assess client needs accurately) Accurately document client concerns for diagnosis and repair by technicians (write RO) Follow correct repair order documentation procedures, i.e. The Three C's Explain all service options to clients including time and cost estimates. Track all client vehicles through the maintenance and repair process. Ensure that work done meets Lucid's exacting standards before vehicle is returned to client - act as the last QC step. Invoice and collect payment. Perform customer service duties such as answer phones, scheduling appointments (where needed), and calling customers to update them on repair status, or to follow up after repairs are completed. Develop rapport with clients leading to lasting relationships. Have a passion for sustainable transportation and changing the automotive industry. Occasionally Wash, vacuum, and clean windows of service vehicles before they are returned to the client. Occasionally Thoroughly detail all vehicles before they are delivered to the client as needed. Perform valet services for clients by delivering and picking up vehicles to/from clients.

Qualifications






5+ years providing excellent customer experience. Excellent people skills Compassionate and patient demeanor Problem solving and creative thinking skills. General automotive knowledge and Parts management experience needed. Ability to explain complicated concepts to clients who may not be familiar with industry terminology. Ability to use basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office as well as learn proprietary DMS software. Must possess a valid driver license with no Suspensions in the past year.

Preferred

Compensation Range

: The compensation range for this position is specific to the locations listed below and is the range Lucid reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position taking into account the wide variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including job-related knowledge; skillset; experience, education and training; certifications; and other relevant business and organizational factors.

Base Pay Range (hourly)


$23 - $31 CAD
