About the Role:Logistics Center (LC) Associate is responsible for all products being received and/or shipped out of the company with the established Service Level Agreements (SLA) set by the department. Assists in other areas of logistics duties as assigned by lead hand, supervisor or Manager to ensure operational success.Actual annual compensation offered will be based on several variables including geographic location, work experience, education and skills/ achievements, and will be mutually agreed upon at the time of offer.this position pays at $18.10.What You'll Do:Meet or exceed productivity and accuracy standards in all functions performed during assigned shiftObtain required level of knowledge and understanding within the companyxe2x80x99s WMSAble to move readily from function to function as required by business needFork Lift certified employees will be required to use various MHE to put away or obtain large items either at ground level of on high shelves, for shippingThe employee will review work requests or tasks for items needed and ensure proper products are put away or picked from appropriate areaEmployee will use a RF scannerEnsure complete product accuracy of each order, while maintaining set operational standards, so as to provide quality customer service. Maintain 100% accuracyAble to lift up to 50lbs, any additional weight is to be lifted with assistanceReplenishes workstations with suppliesParticipates in inventory activitiesAssist in other areas of the warehouse as assigned by your Supervisor, to ensure operational successAdheres to all TD SYNNEX Canada, Provincial and Federal Health and Safety Policies, procedures and standardsMaintain a safe and clean working environmentWhat We're Looking For:Preferred Educational level:High School Graduate (or working towards)Type of work experience:Warehouse EnvironmentYears of experience:1-2 yearsForklift experience preferredAdditional skills:Computer LiterateExperience with RF Scan Guns and a warehouse management system, preferably SAPAble to perform basic mathematical calculationsSpecial Training Required:MHE Certification is an assetThe statements above are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by people assigned to this job. • Les employxc3xa9s certifixc3xa9s pour la conduite de chariots xc3xa9lxc3xa9vateurs devront utiliser divers xc3xa9quipements de manutention pour ranger ou obtenir de gros articles soit au niveau du sol, soit sur des xc3xa9tagxc3xa8res hautes, pour lxe2x80x99expxc3xa9dition.
• Lxe2x80x99employxc3xa9 examinera les demandes de travail ou les txc3xa2ches pour les articles nxc3xa9cessaires et sxe2x80x99assurera que les produits approprixc3xa9s sont rangxc3xa9s ou prxc3xa9levxc3xa9s dans la zone approprixc3xa9e.
• Lxe2x80x99employxc3xa9 utilisera un scanner RF.
• Assurer lxe2x80x99exactitude complxc3xa8te de chaque commande, tout en maintenant les normes opxc3xa9rationnelles dxc3xa9finies, afin de fournir un service client de qualitxc3xa9. Maintenir une prxc3xa9cision de 100 %.
• xc3x8atre capable de soulever jusquxe2x80x99xc3xa0 50 livres, tout poids supplxc3xa9mentaire devant xc3xaatre soulevxc3xa9 avec assistance.
• Rxc3xa9approvisionner les postes de travail en fournitures.
• Participer aux activitxc3xa9s dxe2x80x99inventaire.
• Assister dans dxe2x80x99autres domaines de lxe2x80x99entrepxc3xb4t selon les instructions de votre superviseur, pour assurer le succxc3xa8s opxc3xa9rationnel.
• Adhxc3xa9rer xc3xa0 toutes les politiques, procxc3xa9dures et normes de santxc3xa9 et de sxc3xa9curitxc3xa9 de TD SYNNEX Canada, provinciales et fxc3xa9dxc3xa9rales.
