The Role

As a Corporate Sales Associate, you will be a key support for our Corporate Sales team, handling wireless requests, order processing, and customer inquiries with precision and urgency. Your ability to manage multiple tasks, ensure accuracy, and provide an outstanding customer experience will be essential to success in this role.

What You'll Do

• Process wireless requests efficiently, ensuring accuracy and quick turnaround.
• Fulfill customer orders, including activations, invoicing, packing, and shipping.
• Respond to customer inquiries across multiple channels (phone, email, in-person).
• Manage accounts receivable, following up with customers and processing invoices.
• Maintain accurate records and inventory, ensuring seamless order management.
• Update and distribute pricing guides to business customers.
• Prioritize tasks with urgency, ensuring timely completion of all requests.
• Support Corporate Account Executives in managing and growing client relationships.


What You Bring

• A certificate in office administration and at least one year of experience in a sales role. (An equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.)
• Experience processing wireless requests in a sales or customer service environment.
• Detail-oriented mindset, ensuring accuracy in all tasks.
• Strong sense of urgency, able to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities.
• Customer-first approach, delivering a seamless and professional experience.
• Excellent communication skills, with a proactive and problem-solving attitude.
• Ability to work independently, while collaborating with a dynamic team.
• Sales, administration, or customer service experience (wireless or telecom background is an asset).
