LBM Sales Associate

What You'll Do:

Assist customers in selecting the right building supplies for their projects. Leverage your knowledge of building materials to provide expert advice and support. Process orders, returns, and exchanges with efficiency and accuracy. Tackle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally and promptly. Support contractors and customers at Cash Service Desk Change prices on merchandise, bins, displays, etc. as necessary. Participate in regular cycle counting and assist in taking annual inventory counts. Collaborate with team members to create an exceptional shopping experience.

What We're Looking For:

A background in the building industry or knowledge of building supplies would be an asset Experience in customer service, with a focus on providing excellent support. A willingness to learn new skills and grow within the company. Strong communication and problem-solving abilities. A proactive, friendly attitude that puts customers first.
