LBM Sales Associate

What You'll Do:

• Assist customers in selecting the right building supplies for their projects.
• Leverage your knowledge of building materials to provide expert advice and support.
• Process orders, returns, and exchanges with efficiency and accuracy.
• Tackle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally and promptly.
• Support contractors and customers at Cash Service Desk
• Change prices on merchandise, bins, displays, etc. as necessary.
• Participate in regular cycle counting and assist in taking annual inventory counts.
• Collaborate with team members to create an exceptional shopping experience.

What We're Looking For:

• A background in the building industry or knowledge of building supplies would be an asset
• Experience in customer service, with a focus on providing excellent support.
• A willingness to learn new skills and grow within the company.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• A proactive, friendly attitude that puts customers first.
