Boyle & Co. Lawyers is looking for an exceptional lawyer to join our team in Penticton. Experience matters, but we are more concerned about the candidate's potential than a particular amount of experience or years of call. We would prefer a candidate with at least two years of experience, but will consider an exceptional new graduate. The ideal candidate will have a strong desire to build a legal practice and succeed in Penticton and the Okanagan.

No prior experience is required, but you must be good at learning, problem solving and critical thinking. Training, mentorship and professional development will not only be provided but emphasized. We are seeking a candidate that we can help grow into a long term member of our firm. This is partnership track position with significant growth potential for the right person.

Our practice is primarily paperless, and we strive to be as technologically forward as we can. For that reason strong computer skills and an appreciation of legal technology is important.

This opportunity will be ideal for someone who has outstanding credentials and potential who truly wants to be a small town lawyer. Our firm was been serving the legal needs of Penticton and the surrounding community since 1921. A strong desire to join us in serving those needs is an essential criteria.

Pay: $90,000.00-$180,000.00 per year
