Job Description
Ghosh Litigation is looking for an additional associate (1-5 years) to assist with the Public Prosecution Service of Canada (Federal Agent) contract in York Region. Responsibilities will include conducting trials and preliminary hearings, set date appearances, bail hearings, guilty pleas, file management and administrative duties.
The firm offers opportunity for mentorship from lawyers who have conducted hundreds of trials. The successful applicant will gain extensive knowledge and experience in Charter litigation and work in an independent environment where you will be assigned significant cases involving drugs, guns and gangs.
This is a hybrid position. Employment would be subject to approval by the Public Prosecution Service of Canada. Estimated start date: October 15, 2025. Salary commensurate with experience.
