Lawyer - Matrimonial Law - Unique Team
Quebec City

Our client, a law firm that advocates a business model quite different from the large firms, wishes to expand its team with the hiring of a Lawyer working in Family Law, Matrimonial Law and/or Youth Protection Law. This team is made up of professionals who maintain close ties with each other, which fosters an exceptional level of collaboration and a relaxed work atmosphere. The candidates considered may correspond to different profiles, but the lawyer hired must represent a unanimous choice of the team based on, among other things, an appreciation of the candidates' personality and values.

Are you in the early stages of your Family Law practice and want to learn from qualified mentors who are invested in the development of the next generation?

Are you currently practicing in a firm that does not give you enough responsibility and you want to do more litigation?

Do you have experience in litigation, but now want to branch out into Family Law, Matrimonial Law or Youth Protection Law?

Have you practiced alone, developed your own clientele, but you would like to join a larger firm in order to benefit from the contribution of your colleagues, from a more robust administrative structure with support in your files?

Do you feel that the volume of your current practice is insufficient and would like to have the opportunity to be assigned more cases?

Do you have good experience in Family Law and want to continue practicing in this area but no longer wish to litigate / conduct contested hearings?

Would you like to have a role in a team focused on preparing files, drafting procedures, meeting with clients and supporting litigators?
