Lethbridge office
requires an
Associate Lawyer
with experience in
Family Law and Civil Litigation
to continue our tradition of providing exceptional service on behalf of our clients.

Qualifications and Competencies
Minimum
1-5 years' experience
(3+ years preferred) in family law and civil litigation (including divorce, separation, parenting and custody matters, estates litigation, and general litigation).
Law degree from an accredited Canadian law school (or equivalent) and member in good standing with a provincial law society.
Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
Highly focused with attention to detail; a motivated self-starter.
Superior organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously.
Experience with and ability to handle files from initial consultations through to resolution, including settlement negotiations, mediation, and trial.
Responsibilities
Conduct legal research to support case strategies and client needs.
Draft and review pleadings, agreements, contracts, and other legal documents.
Represent clients in negotiation, mediation, and court proceedings.
Manage case files and maintain organized records, adhering to deadlines and professional standards.
Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders to provide advice and updates.
Compensation & Hours
Compensation is competitive and commensurate with experience. This is a regular full-time position with working hours of
8:30 AM to 4:30 PM
