We are seeking a motivated and skilled Lawyer to join our litigation, corporate, and real estate departments. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in these areas, demonstrating excellent legal research, writing, and advocacy skills.

Duties

Assist in all phases of litigation, including discovery, motions, and trial preparation. Draft and review contracts, agreements, and corporate documents. Conduct legal research and analysis on corporate and real estate matters. Negotiate and facilitate real estate transactions. Provide legal advice to clients on compliance, risk management, and regulatory matters. Collaborate with senior attorneys and support staff to ensure high-quality service delivery.

Qualifications

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. Admission to the Law Society of Ontario 0-5 years of experience in litigation, corporate law, and real estate. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
