Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Person to join our team.
Duties
use equipment lawn mower, trimmer, backpack blower, leaf blower Conduct landscape maintenance activities such as gardening, irrigation, and general upkeep of outdoor spaces. Dig trenches or holes for landscaping or utility installation as required. Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff or management to resolve issues efficiently.
Experience
Proven knowledge with hands-on experience in maintenance roles. Familiarity with landscape maintenance practices including planting, watering, and caring for gardens. Previous experience in a similar position is preferred but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
