We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Lawn Care Supervisor to lead our team in providing exceptional landscape maintenance services. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for gardening and landscaping. This role involves overseeing daily operations, ensuring quality service delivery, and fostering a positive work environment.

Duties

Supervise and coordinate lawn care activities, including mowing, trimming, and fertilization. Train and mentor team members on best practices in landscape maintenance and irrigation techniques. Develop and implement effective maintenance schedules to ensure optimal care of gardens and lawns. Monitor the health of plants and lawns, making recommendations for improvements or treatments as necessary. Manage equipment maintenance and ensure all tools are in good working condition. Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide excellent customer service. Assist in building new garden features or enhancements as required by clients.

Requirements

Proven experience in landscape maintenance or lawn care supervision. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively. Knowledge of irrigation systems and gardening techniques is highly desirable. Ability to perform physical labor outdoors in various weather conditions. Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and team members professionally. A valid driver's license is preferred for travel between job sites.

Pay: $18.00-$30.00 per hour
