Job Description
Snow & Mow Inc is looking for motivated individuals to join our lawn and property maintenance team. If you love working outdoors and have good attention to detail, please reach out before August 25th 2022Benefits:
- $15.00 / hour, full time 40+ hours per week
- Production/quality bonuses
- Able to complete appropriate reports and paperwork
- Should be able to follow directions and process/procedures
- Reliable transportation to and from our office.
- Must be a highly motivated and fast learner
- Physical fit - Ability to walk long distances and carry heavy loads
- Flexible availability - must be able to work weekends when weather impacts work during the week.
- Must possess strong knowledge of land care maintenance, willing to gain knowledge if not experienced in certain areas.
- Adhere to the health and safety policy
- Primarily lawn maintenance - Mowing
- Monitor the health and appearance of customers' properties
- Season turf services
- Basic gardening
- Property clean up services
- General labour
- Safety compliance
- Accurate record-keeping
- Team and goal-oriented
- Thrive in a fast pace environment
- Experience with lawn maintenance equipment.
- Mechanical inclined - ability to fix and maintain equipment is an asset
- Strong verbal communion skills
- Organized and able to follow instructions
- Knowledge of lawn care methods and techniques is an asset

Contract length: 2 monthsSalary: $15.00 per hourSchedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
