Duties and Responsibilities

Duties include driving a company vehicle and applying liquid fertilizer and weed control to residential and commercial properties. No experience required... full training provided. Applicants must have good communication skills, be neat in appearance, motivated, punctual and pay attention to detail. Valid class 5 driver's license required. Starting at $17.00-21.00/hour salary and bonus. We work full-time Monday to Friday!

Thank you for your consideration in the Lawn Technician position. Starting wage is $17.00 per hour, plus an additional $3.50 bonus per hour is available. The additional bonus is based on 2 factors:

Quality and Professionalism Production (amount of work done)
Summer Student position (full time):

Starting at the end of April and going until the end of August. A bonus of $300 will be paid to the technician if they stay until the Friday of the September long weekend (August 29th, 2025)

Full-Time Seasonal Position

Starting at the end of April and going until the first week or two of October. A bonus of $500 will be paid to the technician if they stay until the Friday of September long weekend (October 10th, 2025)

The schedule assumes 10-hour workdays with a 30-minute unpaid lunch break and two 15 minute paid "coffee" breaks, Monday to Friday 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM. If work is required on Saturdays, the assumed workday will be 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM.
