Location: Chancellor Day Hall
Overview of the rapidly-growing area of information privacy law with a focus on the digital environment, including domestic and international regulations, case law, legislation, and recent public policy developments pertaining to the collection, storage, and dissemination of personal information. Three kinds of relationships: among individuals, between individuals and companies, and between individuals and the State.
TQR: At a minimum, a first degree in law. Several years of significant practice or professional experience, in the relevant area; Experience in teaching undergraduate law students in a bilingual setting.
The University may, at its discretion, assign the person of choice to give this Course/Teaching.
