Job Responsibilities:
Drafting Wills and Power of Attorney
Preparing Probate Applications
Drafting Corporate documents such as annual minutes, resolutions, by-laws, articles of incorporation, and articles of amalgamation
Preparing purchase and sale, mortgages, and refinancing documents
Providing clerical, administrative, and general office support including but not limited to scheduling, calendar management, and answering telephone calls
Maintaining files in accordance with office procedures including opening and closing files
Managing Real Estate, Corporate, Wills and Estates files through all stages of the legal process
Previous experience working as a Law Clerk or a Legal Assistant
Excellent writing skills necessary to draft and proofread documents and correspondence
Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
Experience using PC Law and Teraview
Ability to take initiative and work independently.

Pay: $17.58-$29.37 per hour
