Our Litigation Department is currently looking for a full-time law clerk/assistant, who is able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Minimum 5+ years of experience as a law clerk/assistant, preferably in the area of Civil Litigation

Experience with construction lien matters would be an asset, but not a requirement

Skills

Strong interpersonal skills

Ability to manage priorities to ensure all deadlines are met

Ability to multi-task, complete work with great accuracy, work independently, follow instructions with minimal supervision, take initiative when required, and be efficient with time management

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to communicate effectively with clients, witnesses, lawyers, and other professionals

Ability to draft basic legal documents
