We're currently seeking an experienced
Law Clerk

About the Role:
The Law Clerk supports litigation counsel in the management of files, including insurance defence, subrogation, first party and commercial litigation with a focus on case analysis, file progression, medical and evidentiary coordination, and litigation preparation. The clerk is responsible for reviewing incoming material, preparing and maintaining summaries, managing defence medicals and surveillance, and handling document production and court-related drafting from inception of file through trial. This role requires strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills, with a sound understanding of civil litigation and procedural rules.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
LawClerk Diploma or equivalent education/experience.
Minimum 2 years of experience in insurance defence litigation.
Knowledge of Rules of Civil Procedureand litigation deadlines.
Strong document management, organizational, and analytical skills.
Excellent drafting and communication abilities.
Proficiency with legal software and systems (e.g., document management platforms, court filing systems).
Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Familiarity with medical-legal processes and terminology is an asset.

Pay: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
