Amazing opportunity with one of our high profile Toronto clients. They are looking for an immediate start for a Residential Real Estate Law Clerk/Legal Assistant. This is an 1-year contract with a possibility of it becoming permanent. Interested candidates who can work just north of Toronto in the Vaughan area, we would like to hear from you today!
Duties:
- Managing files from the beginning to end of transactions autonomously for residential real estate
- Prepare and issue all necessary documents
- Liaise with all internal and external parties involved including preparation of correspondence as required
- Possess the ability to work both independently and as part of the team
- Strong attention to detail; multitasking and organizational skills
- Ability to anticipate needs and act with minimal supervision
Requirements
Ideal Requirements:
-Minimum 2+ year of experience in a Real Estate practice
-Must have knowledge with Unity or Teraview software
-Must have knowledge of Unity
-Working knowledge of PC Law
-Must have good communication skills
-Must have experience with title searches
-Must be able to handle a case from beginning to end
-Can work onsite in Concord ON
