Key Responsibilities:

Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations during the night shift.
Adhere to food safety standards and maintain compliance with health and safety regulations.
Assist in the training and mentoring of junior kitchen staff.
Maintain a positive and professional work environment, contributing to team collaboration and productivity.
Handle all kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, reporting any issues to the head chef.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a line cook or in a similar kitchen role.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation guidelines.
Ability to work night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
