We are seeking a skilled and passionate Lash Extension Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional eyelash extension services to clients while ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere. Your expertise in lash application, along with your strong customer service skills, will help enhance our clients' beauty experience and satisfaction.
Duties
Perform high-quality eyelash extension applications while adhering to safety and sanitation standards.
Consult with clients to understand their desired look and recommend appropriate lash styles.
Provide excellent customer service by creating a friendly and welcoming environment.
Upsell additional services and products to enhance the client experience.
Manage front desk responsibilities, including scheduling appointments and handling client inquiries.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly sanitized.
Stay updated on the latest trends in eyelash extensions and beauty services.
Qualifications
Proven experience in retail sales and customer service, with a strong ability to communicate effectively with clients.
Prior experience in eyelash extensions application is preferred but not mandatory; training may be provided for the right candidate.
Strong upselling skills to promote additional services or products.
Ability to manage front desk operations efficiently, including appointment scheduling and client communication.
Excellent attention to detail and a passion for beauty and aesthetics.
Must possess a positive attitude, be a team player, and demonstrate professionalism at all times.
