We are seeking a skilled
Lash & Brow Technician
who is experienced, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering luxury service and results.

Responsibilities
Perform high-quality
classic, hybrid, volume, and mega volume eyelash extensions.
Provide
lash lifts and lash tints
with precision and safety.
Perform
brow shaping, brow lamination, and brow tinting
tailored to facial structure.
Conduct thorough client consultations to determine suitable lash/brow styles.
Maintain
strict hygiene and sterilization protocols
in alignment with Health Canada standards.
Provide a calm, professional, and elevated client experience.
Maintain workstation cleanliness, organization, and proper tool sanitation.
Educate clients on
aftercare
and recommend bioskinconcept beauty & skincare products.
Track client preferences and retention to support strong client relationships.
Qualifications
Certified Esthetician or Lash Technician Certification (Ontario-recognized).
Minimum
1 year of hands-on lash extension experience
in a spa/salon setting.
Skilled in multiple lash styles: classic, hybrid, volume, mega volume.
Knowledge of brow lamination techniques and lash lift systems.
Strong understanding of lash and brow health, adhesives, and appropriate product usage.
Excellent client communication and hospitality skills.
Punctual, professional, organized, and detail-focused.
