Summary

We are seeking a Laser Technician / Sales Representative to join our team in Toronto. This on-site position involves managing the full client acquisition process -- from making sales calls and presenting product benefits, to convincing and following up with leads until the deal is closed. You will also conduct online product demonstrations and training sessions for clients after purchase. Compensation includes an hourly base plus uncapped commissions on sales. Exceptional performers may also be considered for opportunities with CPMT Laser USA, including potential support in obtaining a U.S. work visa.

Responsibilities

Call and follow up with prospective leads provided by the company. Present CPMT Laser products and explain technical and business benefits to decision-makers. Convince and guide prospects through the buying process to close sales. Conduct online product demonstrations for interested clients. Provide online training sessions after purchase to ensure safe and effective product use. Track leads, maintain CRM records, and report progress to management. Build strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat purchases and referrals. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams on promotional campaigns and trade show activities.
Requirements

Laser certification from a recognized training institution. Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with medical aesthetic laser systems. Proven sales or business development experience in the aesthetics industry. Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work on-site at our Toronto office.
Preferred:

Experience selling to med spas, dermatology clinics, or aesthetic practices. Multi-device experience (Alexandrite, Nd:YAG, Diode, CO?). Knowledge of different skin types and treatment adjustments.

Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour
