Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Laser Operator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating laser cutting machines to produce high-quality components according to specifications. This role requires a strong understanding of manufacturing processes and the ability to read blueprints effectively. The Laser Operator will work closely with other team members to ensure that production goals are met while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Duties

• Operate laser cutting machines to fabricate parts as per engineering specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to understand project requirements.
• Set up and adjust machine parameters for optimal performance.
• Conduct routine maintenance on laser equipment to ensure proper functioning.
• Collaborate with other operators and team members to assemble components as needed.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
• Assist in training new operators on machine operation and safety procedures.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Laser Operator or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in reading blueprints and technical drawings.
• Familiarity with welding, press brake machines, CNC operation, and forklifts is preferred.
• Ability to operate cranes and other material handling equipment is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.
• Must be able to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods during shifts.
• A strong commitment to workplace safety practices.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00-$24.00 per hour
